Gabriella Gold, MPH

Manager of Strategic Planning/Consulting

Gabriella has spent the last few years immersed in the strategic planning and daily operations of physician practices. She has developed a strong understanding of the importance of research and what success looks like in the new value-based world of healthcare.

Gabriella started her career in the pharmaceutical industry working in the Risk Management and Epidemiology department conducting research on gateway drugs and their prevalence among youth. Then, she led clinical research studies at the Yale Cancer Center and helped expand their research studies to community oncology practices. When she relocated back to the Baltimore area, she joined Aledade, a startup that created and managed ACOs around the nation. She developed the Maryland market and then provided training, operational support, and strategic oversight to other markets including Kansas, Florida, and Louisiana. With this population health experience, she joined the second largest independent medical group in the nation, Privia Health, and consulted for over 60 providers. She implemented and sustained all clinical, financial, and technical operations. She was responsible for the providers’ success in the ACO and other value-based contracts including CareFirst PCMH.

Gabriella holds both her Bachelor and Master degrees from Yale University.  When not in the office you can find her on the golf course, at the CrossFit gym, and spending time with her family.
