Katelyn Bottner, CPA

Financial Manager

Katelyn performs fee schedule analyses and participates in contract negotiations with payers. She also prepares financial statements and analyses for the business. Previously, she was Assistant Controller at Greenspring Associates and a Staff Consultant at Baker Tilly Virchow Krause. At Greenspring Associates, Katelyn prepared and reviewed audited financial statements for venture capital funds. She also managed the limited partner contribution and distribution calculations and process. While at Baker Tilly Virchow Krause, Katelyn worked on a variety of projects, including internal reviews for higher education clients and valuation of companies for merger negotiations.

A Certified Public Accountant, she graduated with Honors and received Bachelor of Science degrees in Accounting and Finance from the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland, College Park. Katelyn was president of her sorority, Zeta Tau Alpha, as well as a member of the University of Maryland TrebleMakers a cappella group and University of Maryland Women’s Chorus. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, singing to her daughter and son and going on walks with her husband and Labrador retriever.
